Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing or using any product or program offered by Self Coaching Method LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By completing a purchase or accessing any program materials, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These terms include a no-refund policy and a limitation of liability. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our products.
Self Coaching Method LLC offers digital products and programs, including but not limited to the 14 Day Emotional Reset, the Full Trauma Response Library, the Self Coaching Method AI Companion, and any associated audio files, written materials, email content, or digital resources (collectively, "Products").
All Products are delivered digitally. Upon purchase, you will receive access to the applicable materials via the delivery method indicated at checkout (email link, member portal, or resource page). Delivery is considered complete when access credentials or links are provided.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any digital products or programs.
Because our Products are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately upon purchase, we are unable to "return" the product once it has been provided. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with the content, inability to access materials due to your own technical issues, or a change of mind.
If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchased materials, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the access issue.
Disputes, chargebacks, or payment reversals initiated without first contacting us will be considered a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent loss of access to all Company materials.
The Self Coaching Method and all associated Products are educational and self-reflection tools only. They are not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Self Coaching Method LLC and its owner are not licensed therapists, counselors, psychologists, or medical providers. Nothing in our Products should be interpreted as clinical advice or a therapeutic relationship.

You understand and agree that emotional self-reflection work can surface difficult feelings and memories. You take full responsibility for your own wellbeing while using these Products and agree to seek professional support if you feel overwhelmed, destabilized, or in distress.
By purchasing and using our Products, you represent that you are an adult (18 years of age or older) and that you are not in acute psychological crisis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Self Coaching Method LLC, its owner, affiliates, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, our Products — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable Product.
All content, audio files, written materials, prompts, program frameworks, and associated intellectual property are the exclusive property of Self Coaching Method LLC. Purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable, personal license to access and use the materials for your own individual use only.
You may not:
Certain Products include access to an AI-based reflection tool ("AI Companion") built on third-party platforms (including OpenAI's ChatGPT). By using the AI Companion, you also agree to the applicable terms and privacy policies of those third-party platforms.
Self Coaching Method LLC does not store, access, or retain your conversations with the AI Companion. The AI Companion is a self-reflection tool and is not a licensed mental health service. See Section 03 for full scope limitations.
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at selfcoachingmethod.com/privacy [update link as needed]. By purchasing, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your purchase and, unless you opt out, marketing communications from Self Coaching Method LLC.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Utah/Salt Lake County, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in that venue.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our Products following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
